Full Description

{1} Constructed over a former topsoil were a series of cellar walls. These were generally built of ironstone and sandstone and some incorporated brick. These walls were between 0.4m and 0.35m thick and were up to 1.8m in height. A brick floor was found associated with the easternmost cellar wall. Brick from this floor was dated to the early 20th century (suggesting that the floor was later).
The cellars were probably assocated with buildings fronting Regent Street.
