Full Description

{1} AP No.40. A possible medieval hollow way is visible as earthworks on historic air photos and on the lidar data. This
feature runs south-east from Drayton Road for approximately 110m before turning to the south-west between the medieval ridge and furrow, across the path of the Pall Mall avenue and up to the southern approach road to the house. This feature appears to be respected by the medieval ridge and furrow (see AP no. 9) and to be cut by landscaping associated with the Pall Mall avenue (see AP no. 3), thus suggesting its medieval date.
