Full Description
{1}Towards the centre of the trench a ditch? (4), 2m wide and 1m deep, with a fill of thick blue clay was located running north-south and was cut into the quarry fill on the west. To the east it was cut into the natural ironstone bedrock which lay immediately below the tarmac and topsoil.
