{1} History: 1884 House and workshop shown (OS 1:2500, 32.16); 1999 Domestic use.
22 Regent Street is a single-fronted two-storeyed house, the westernmost house and sole survivor of a short terrace. It is of coursed ironstone with stuccoed lintels, a brick stack and a slate roof. Attached to the rear there is a narrow two-storey range, at least the upper storey of which appears to have been a shoemaker’s workshop. The range is of brick construction and has two three-light timber windows to the first floor.
