Full Description

{2} Until the mid C18th Church Street, now a dead-end road leading to Ecton Hall, ran on past the front of the Hall. A plan of the 1730s/40s shows the first house in Little Ecton on the far right hand side, but all the other houses along this part of the street in front of the Hall had by this time been removed.
