Full Description

{1} A pit 5m wide and deeper than 0.75m. This contained a single fragment of medieval floor tiles and a quantity of animal bone. The topsoil contained sherds of 16th-17th century date.
This feature is identified as a large refuse pit of probable later post medieval date, probably associated with the former use of the site as a farmyard.
