Full Description

{1} A broad scarp (marked 'C' on the earthwork plan), no more than 0.4m high, in the far west corner of the Orchard, may be the western end of a small dam associated with the pond (marked 'K' on the earthwork plan), immediately to its east, or perhaps indicate where livestock were brought to drink at the stream; it appears to be earlier than the boundary ditch A.
