Summary
Trial trench excavation in 2013 found a single unurned human cremation burial. The remains were of an adult and were radiocarbon dated to 1900 +/- 30 BP.

Full Description
{1} A subcircular area of burnt bone, c.0.3m in diameter with a maximum depth of c.0.07m and an irregular base. No finds were recovered.
The feature is interpreted as an adult human cremation burial. A radiocarbon date of 1900 +/- 30 BP was obtained, indicating that it dates to the early Roman period.
The weight of the cremated remains indicates that only a token of the burial was revealed.
