Full Description

{1} Identified by South Northamptonshire Council as being a building of historic and/or architectural significance.

{2} A level 2 building recording survey was undertaken prior to conversion to domestic use and a visitor centre. The earliest buildings were a pair of stone-built barns forming the eastern side of the courtyard. Further buildings, in a mixture of brick and stone, were added in the later 19th century and largely comprised shelter sheds indicating an emphasis on pastoral rather than arable farming.
