{1}The accomodation at the main centre for aircraft repair at Sywell was found to be inadequate during 1940. Premises were requisitioned at other sites including premises at Polwell Lane, Burton Latimer operated by A E Smith - outer wing sections and ailerons. Factory units present in vicinity of SP8975.
