Building record 2416/8/1 - Nos. 5 and 6 Stoke Hill (Dairy Farm)

{1} C17. Cottage pair of 1 storey in stone. Steep stone slate roof with 3 gabled dormers. 4 simple casement windows, wood lintels. 3 rubble stacks. Ground floor of No. 5 has penticed extension with modern door. Nos. 1 to 13 (consec) form a group with Holy Name of Jesus Church, West Street.

{3} Last building out of town appears to have been a farm complex and is still in use for this purpose today (Film 5, photo 13, 14). Shown on modern map as 'dairy farm' the farmhouse is a listed building.
