Full Description

{1} Trench 3 was also located close to the frontage of the plot, and the area was clearly truncated. A pit 1.4m long x 0.8m wide x 0.2m deep was revealed, from which two sherds of C12th-C14th pottery and a fragment of animal bone were recovered. The only other features in the trench were two possible postholes, probably modern and associated with the current or former outbuildings.
