Full Description

{1} Area 1 comprised a linear strip 150m x 20m, positioned to locate a possible culvert running in an east-west direction. The magnetometer survey identified three linear anomalies, all aligned north-west to south-east, that are interpreted as probable pipes. All three pipes were also identified as low resistance linear anomalies.
Both survey techniques have recorded the presence of linear anomalies that are indicative of pipes or culverts that potentially link the water features of the garden and the known conduit head to the west.
