Full Description

{1} T44 revealed an isolated feature, oblong in plan, with sharp sloping sides and an irregular base. It was 2.5m x 0.6m x 0.3m with an orange brown sandy clay fill but no artefacts. It is notable that the fill of this feature was very similar to the subsoil within the trench.
