Abstract/Summary

Headland Archaeology Ltd conducted an evaluation at a proposed development area (PDA) at Warth Park, Raunds, in order to provide further information on its archaeological potential. The work was commissioned by CgMs Consulting. A total of forty seven trenches were excavated over the development area. This resulted in the uncovering of ditch and pit features that constitute evidence of prehistoric farming activity in the south western part of the site.
