Full Description

{1} On the eastern side of the site, a circular well, lined with modern red bricks, most likely of early 20th-century date was encountered. The well had a diameter towards the base of approximately 1.2m and was approximately 2.1m deep. The uppermost 0.5m of the structure consisted of eight courses of corbelled red bricks, making its upper opening slightly less than 1.0m in diameter.
