Full Description
{1} Western wall of a stone-built structure measuring at least 7m north to south. The northern wall may have been truncated since it was not observed. Internally the structure had a beaten clay floor. Late 14th century pottery was recovered from this layer. A possible internal dividing wall was observed which would have created a room to the front and one to the rear.
The building sealed a former subsoil which contained 14th century pottery. An infilled hollow to the west contained 13th century pottery.
