Full Description

{1} Brief survey of former draper and tailors shop undertaken by Abington Museum, includes plan and photographs. The property was also a house and, for a time in the first half of the 20th century, a post office. The property had remained largely as it was from when it was constructed- even down to decoration. To the rear were a lean-to with rain water tank and pump, since there was no water supply in the house, a wash house (with copper), outside toilet and ash pit with coal shed beyond.
