Abstract/Summary

In July 1984 we were fortunate enough to acquire the complete fixtures and fittings of a small general draper, haberdasher and one time Post Office at Woodford. This was entirely due to the kindness and perspicacity of Sharman, Jackson & Archer, solicitors, of Wellingborough (acting for the last occupant), and to their continuing support in allowing a number of interested people to see the interior of both the shop and the house while they were still intact.
