Full Description
{1} Trial trench excavation in 2019 identified a small pit, which was 2.5m long and at least 1.0m wide. It was not excavated fully. The pottery and glass from this pit also suggest that it was infilled following the 19th century. Artefacts included 53g of cream ware (F415), parts of a small bottle of 18th century date and post-medieval window glass.
