Full Description

{1} Location of former Weedon Gas Works. Built as part of Depot complex then leased to Weedon Gas Light and Coal company. Now replaced by new housing and Riverside Court.

{2} The Weedon Gas Light, Coke and Coal Co Ltd was formed in 1856. The company merged with the Northampton Gaslight Co in 1927. Nothing visible survives.
