Full Description
{2} Archaeological evaluation comprising geophysical survey followed by trial trench excavation identified a pit in Trench 117 which yielded pottery dating to broadly to the Bronze Age to middle Iron Age. This was one of a possible pair of pits identified in the trench and may suggest a localised area of activity dating to this period in this part of the site.
