Full Description

{1} Level 2 building recording survey was undertaken of a bridge prior to widening. The bridge was constructed in the second half of the 19th century in response to improvements in the water supply around the mill and the construction of a straight bypass channel. The brick-built bridge is not of high quality and its construction suggests that it was not built by those responsible for the improvements to the navigation.
