Full Description
{1} Building recording survey undertaken prior to conversion. The stable is in a banded brick with a roof of flat, red tile surmounted by individual ridge vents over the individual stables. The block is aligned, south south-west to north north-east and is located at the south-west corner of the farmyard. Constructed some time after 1900.
The east elevation reveals four identical units, each with stable-type spilt door to left and vent/window to right, and a fifth, smaller unit with a door only. All of the openings have segmental archesabove, constructed in brick. The window/vents comprise mental grilles below, with vertical openings rounded at the ends, and three light windows above, with the lights arranged in horizontal strips and glazed.
