Full Description

{2} A level 2 building recording survey was undertaken prior to the conversion and restoration of the farmhouse and farm buildings. The stable block and barn are constructed from coursed limestone rubble and were probably built in the mid-19th century (though the stable was slightly later), predating the farmhouse. There was a possible granary or feed loft above the stable. The garage/cart shed was constructed from brick and linked the farmhouse and stable and the shelter shed was an ephemeral building built against the south wall of the barn; these two buildings were demolished as part of the programme of restoration.
