Full Description
{1} A level 2 building recording survey was carried out at Chinner Farm. The farm probably originated as a post-enclosure outfarm. Two buildings were surveyed including a larger fodder barn with off-centre wagon doors and a former stable with loft over. Both buildings probably originated in the 18th or early 19th centuries. The buildings appear to be remnants of a larger farmstead, although there never appears to have been a farmhouse on the site. The remainder of the buildings currently on the site are a mixture of 20th centruy farm buildings of varying construction.
