Summary

Cropmarks of a possible Iron Age or Roman square enclosure of c.25m x 25m seen immediately NE of Tansor Wold on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording programme. The enclosure is defined by a single ditch with straight sides and curved corners. The western ditch is obscured at the edge of the field, but the curve of the start of the northern corner can be seen.

{1} Cropmarks of a possible Iron Age or Roman square enclosure of c.25m x 25m seen at TL 0878 8919 immediately NE of Tansor Wold on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording programme. The enclosure is defined by a single ditch with straight sides and curved corners. The western ditch is obscured at the edge of the field, but the curve of the start of the northern corner can be seen.
