The farmhouse and barn are of two storeys with pitched roofs with slate coverings and brick chimneys. The barns, now converted to residential use, and the farmhouse are both constructed of coursed rubble ironstone. The cow shed has a coursed rubble wall to the north, facing the road, but has been extended to the west using modern materials to form garages.

Full Description
{1} Manor Farm comprises a farm house, with former barns and cow sheds. The applicant believes the farmhouse to be one of the three original manor houses of Crick. The farmhouse range faces north-east, with the L-shape barn range to the north. The former cow sheds stand opposite the farmhouse. The buildings appear on the 1885 Ordnance Survey map, with similar footprints to the present day.
Manor Farm remains an attractive and well-maintained complex of buildings, with clear evidence of its former agricultural use. However, the site has been extensively altered.
