A 17th century house, now demolished. The house was divided into two dwellings, which were updated and added to in the 19th century.

A 17C. House in coursed rubble, divided into two. 2 storeys. 5 windows with 19C. Casements, and moulded wood 17C. Lintels. The upper storey has, between the 1st & 2nd and the 3rd and 4th windows, a panel with a stone 17C. Pilaster in shallow relief.
No. 3 has a modern cottage door and 2 ground floor windows, one with glazing bars. Between the storeys a wide ornamental band of a form of pargetting, with a design of dragons and strap-work in grey on a black ground.
No. 4 has an early 19C. Bay, and door, under a plain frieze and cornice. 1 ground floor hung sash window.

{2} This building (3 and 4 Wood Street) was demolished sometime in the late 1950s or early 1960s.
