Summary
Former servant's cottages for Easton Hall. Datestone of 1831. Largely destroyed by fire in the 1950s and uninhabited since. The upper storey of the western two cottages was demolished after the fire.

Full Description
{1} Building recording undertaken prior to development. Formerly three cottages used as servants accomodation for Easton Hall. A datestone of 1831 survives on the eastern elevation. Only the eastern cottage survives in a relatively intact form, comprising a kitchen/parlour downstairs and a bedroom on the upper floor. Constructed of stone with a Collyweston slate roof. The roofs of two western cottages were largely destroyed by fire in the 1950s and the upper storey of both was largely demolished and the remaining structure was covered by a corrugated iron roof.
