Summary
Originally a single storey stone-built cottage, probably of 18th century origin. In the 19th century, two further storeys were added in yellow brick with red brick detailing and string courses.

Full Description
{1} The original stonework of the 18th century single storey house is visible. In the 19th century a few two storeys were added in brick. Included as a feature of local heritage interest on the neighbourhood plan.
