Full Description
{4} (SP669630) Roman pottery and plate of pewter or lead found in Hill Spinney, Nobottle. (Sited by O G S Crawford on Rec 6". Probably in reference to name Nobottle only). [Confusion of Newbottle with Nobottle.]
{2} Although the name is not in use now "Hill Spinney" is locally thought to be the small wood centred SP67046318. The location of the finds was not determined.
