Summary
Former warehouse. Four-storey, three bay brick building with slate roof. The central bay of the first, second and third floors have taking-in doors and a hoist survives on the third floor.

{1, 2} Listed as a Grocery[?] warehouse in 1899. In 1949 it is listed as a Leather Factory (along with 37 and 39).
{3, 4} By the later 20th century, 35 and 37 are listed as a warehouse.
