Full Description

{1}A demolished row of houses of pre 1860 date including the Boot Inn. Now mostly represented by the western wall fronting the lane to Harrison's factory and Grand Union Canal, now virtually demolished with lower courses of eroded brick. The wall contained two blocked windows, six doors and two larger entrances. A gate to the rear of the house may have provided access to the east.
A porch to the front of the tenement buildings, reduced to ground level, which in plan formed half a hexagon, surrounded by the remains of brick paving.
