Full Description

{1} Earthworks including large scarps up to 2.5m high. These have no coherent plan but may be the sites of houses removed when the park was made, perhaps in the 18th century.

{3} Hollow way running south from the existing road where it leaves the village. It runs immediately east of the north-south hedgeline to beyond the earthwork moat. Platforms and possible closes are clearly defined by scarps on the east side of the hollow way. On the west side is at lease one terrace, but this is possibly confused by landscaping.
