Full Description
{1} Pits cut through ironstone natural; revealed beneath cellar floors where these had been lifted in the north-east corner of the construction trench.
{2} Large pits could be seen to cut the ironstone natural; resembled quarry pits discovered to south of Derngate (Site Number 7560005).
{3} Large pits cutting the ironstone natural below resembled the quarry pits discovered at Derngate.
