Full Description
{1} Watching brief undertaken 23/11/90 by G. Cadman and D. Sutherland to the east of a possible manor house site. Unstratified medieval pottery was recovered and possible limestone walls and/ or surfaces were observed. Other possible features were observed but not defined. Animal bone was noted but not retained.
{2} Several sherds of medieval pottery were found during house construction, with traces of limestone features present at the terraced, western side of the site.
