{3} The cropmark traces of the enclosures described by the previous authority were seen at TL 0724 8008 and mapped from aerial photographs taken in July 2006 by English Heritage as part of the Reconnaissance Recording programme. The main enclosure is rectilinear and irregular in form, defined by a single ditch and measures approximately 80m x 170m. The north-western corner is occupied by a smaller curvilinear enclosure 17m in diameter which may be the primary enclosure. Some 45m to the west of these features is a second small curvilinear enclosure which also measures approximately 17m across. These enclosures may be Later Prehistoric in date.
