{1} Early Middle Saxon pot sherds recovered by fieldwalking on Lodge Leys field.
{2} Large quantities of pottery found during various phases of fieldwalking in the 1970s-80s. Finds from a possible cemetery at SP 7444 7182 include possible amulet made from a sherd of perforated Samian, rim of small green glass vessel, decorated pottery
