Monument record 3236/0/1 - Iron Age & Romano-British Ditches

Observation of Iron Age and Roman ditches during housing development.

{1} Ditches containing Iron Age pottery and much Roman pottery and occupation debris have been found.

{5} Finds held by the Arc but no accompanying notes. Pottery includes grey wares (jar rims), shell tempered wares -storage jars, many rim sherds and base, off-white (?) ware storage jar, some with rouletting, possible abraded NVCC.
