Full Description

{1} Absence of below-ground remains from Trenches 5 & 7 plus occurance of a single ditch in Trench 6 further attest to minor use of this area Trench 6 contained the butt end of a single ditch containing C2nd pottery.

{2}Extra mural activity to west of Roman town: evaluation directed by B Dix.
