Full Description
{1} Watching brief during construction of a track, on 12/6/1991. Sherds of post medieval pottery and 1 medieval pot sherd were recovered from the topsoil, and a possible wall foundation and an area of burnt limestone were uncovered. Stonework, brick and tile had also been noted by G Foard on an earlier visit (at SP7404 4900).
