Full Description

{1} Evidence of Saxon cremation in the form of a pot vessel was found behind 325 Windmill Avenue in 1961. Finder was Mr J.F. Mobb

{4} A plain urn about 4 inches by 3 1/2 inches high, found in a drainage trench

{6} Find-spot located to a new building site at SP 8787 7788.

{7} An Anglo Saxon urn was found behind 325 Windmill Avenue (SP 87707805) in 1961. It is now in Westfield Museum (Kettering) accn number 1961-75.
