Full Description
{1} (SP 913860). Also at Stanion, one flint scraper found in 1975, and fieldwalking produced a small quantity of Roman pottery.
{2} Saxon settlement (?) (SP 9139860), S. of the village, on Cornbrash at 83m above OD. A small scatter of Saxon pottery has been discovered in association with Roman material. A medieval iron hunting arrowhead was also found.
