Full Description

{1} Archaeological evaluation prior to development. In Trench H, there was a small number of features were identified cutting directly into the natural subsoil. There was a sub-circular pit containing five sherds of medieval pottery. A stakehole with no dating evidence. The cut feature of a possible posthole or trench containing two sherds of medieval pottery. A further cut feature revealed post medieval pottery and a bronze pin.
