Full Description

{1} New house is built entirely over a filled-in pond. No other archaeological evidence was recovered.

{2} Pond shown on earthwork survey (Fig.154). This suggests that the pond may be formed from the remains of hollow ways on the south side of the stream.

{3} Pond is also shown on First Edition OS mapping.
