Summary

An L-shaped fragment of stone walling observed during watching brief. The section aligned north-east to south-west was substantial with facing stones and a rubble core, while the fragment aligned south-east to north-west was of a less substantial construction

Full Description

{1} A stone wall was revealed during groundwork for a stable yard. A possible cut stone door jamb of limestone 30cm thick was also found in the area.
