Four small pits were found during the observation of a pipeline installation in 1994. Iron Age pottery, including decorated sherds, was recovered.

Full Description
{1} Four small pits found during observation of pipeline installation. They were approx 500mm wide and at least 300mm deep. They contained Iron Age pottery (one sherd each of plain, decorated and La Tene curvilinear decorated), animal bones and charcoal.
{2}Pipeline trench cut through a group of small pits, some of which contained Iron Age pottery, including a small curvilinear decorated sherd.
