Monument record 172 - Undated cropmarks, west of Charlton

Summary
A complex of undated cropmarks, probably of various periods and origins. Some of the cropmarks appear to result from quarrying. There are two sinuous, parallel ditches aligned north-south that may be prehistoric and a possible corner of a double-ditched enclsoure. Some of the cropmarks appear to be geological and/or modern in origin.
