{1}Demolition of 18 Market Square, Daventry revealed evidence for former building on the land (on the east gable of the adjacent building).TA former building once stood against the east end of the 17th century Plume of Feathers. It post-dated the public house and was demolished or partly incorporated into the new structure (18 Market Square) when it was built in the 18th century. Integral gable end chimney stack incorporated into the building and abutted Plume of Feathers, former roofline visible; detailed elevation
